The Recovery Systems Program

We've successfully helped many young people throughout the years.

We work with people of all ages. After young children are brought to us for an initial meeting, our treatment planning and monitoring work is done through the parents, who supervise supplement use and dietary changes and report to us. This is usually a successful and rapid process, typically involving only brief use of supplements at low doses.

Pre-teens and teens are more actively involved in helping to monitor their own progress and making any needed changes in supplement dosing or timing, but parents are our close partners in overseeing their progress. This age group also tends to quickly respond to our programs.

It is usually very helpful to have outside "experts", such as our staff nutritionists, make and explain recommendations for dietary changes, especially for children and teens, who are often surprisingly cooperative!

A 6 year-old with night terrors ate only five foods and screamed every morning when asked to eat any kind of food for breakfast: Within one week of initiating nutrient supplementation she was eating twice as many foods and not objecting to breakfast at all. She went to sleep without struggle or fear.

Children and teens

A belligerent sixteen year-old arrested for dealing pot smiled and became open and rational ten minutes after taking a trial sample of one amino acid in our initial meeting with him and his mother. Continuing on our program he was able to stay off pot with no cravings.
